High Speed Internet is Now Active

Comcast confirmed the our bulk internet contract is now effective. All residents should call the bulk rate department at 1 (855) 510-1609 to activate.

If you already have Comcast internet (without a bundle) they recommend calling to assure it has been implemented on their individual account.

If their internet service is part of a “bundle” they need to call to unbundle the service to receive the reduction of fees.

If they had  internet service  with another provider, they should call for an install from Comcast.*

If they  had no previous internet service, they should call for an install.*

The internet Speed we will receive is 60 mbps. Homeowners may elect to increase their speed to the new Blast at 100mbps at a charge of $10/month
