Our friendly and hospitable community of only 86 semi-attached two and three bedroom villas was built in 1983. Concord Green is ideally situated on Glades Road just over 1/4 mile west of the Florida’s Turnpike entrance and 3 miles from I-95. Our unique neighborhood is a Planned Unit Development, which is the ideal balance between condominium and single-family ownership. Like traditional single family homes, we own our own property. Similar to a condominium, our Homeowners Association is responsible for all common property as well as the lawn maintenance and irrigation. We are a very safe community with no major crimes ever being reported. Concord Green’s Association is financially strong having had no capital assessments in the last ten years and possesses substantial reserves. Concord Green has excellent amenities which include a professional tennis court, a community pool and spa, a ½ mile running, jogging and walking trail, and a clubhouse (which can accommodate up to 75 people) for community and private events.  Concord Green also has a bulk rate contract with Comcast to provide cable TV service, including HBO and high speed internet to our residents. This service is included in our incredibly low monthly maintenance fees which are amongst the lowest in the entire area.
